Refund Policy

We want to ensure you have a rewarding learning experience. We understand that plans change, and we have designed our refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.

1. Self-Paced Monthly Subscriptions

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of any single course or utilized more than 2 hours of Virtual Lab time.

  • Renewal Cancellations: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day initial window. You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time via your Student Dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Immersive Bootcamps (Cohort-Based)

Our bootcamps involve live instruction and seat reservations. Therefore, the following tiered policy applies:

  • Full Refund: 100% refund if requested at least 14 days before the cohort start date.

  • Partial Refund: 70% refund if requested between 13 days and 48 hours before the cohort start date.

  • Early-Withdrawal (Week 1): If you find the pace is not right for you during the first week, we offer a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future cohort or self-paced tracks.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the 7th calendar day of the bootcamp.

3. The “Job Guarantee” Refund (Elite Tier Only)

For students enrolled in our Job Guarantee Program, a 100% tuition refund is available if you do not receive a qualifying tech job offer within 6 months of graduation.

  • Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for this refund, students must:

    • Maintain 90% attendance in live sessions.

    • Complete all capstone projects to a “Professional” passing grade.

    • Submit a minimum of 10 job applications per week during the 6-month search period.

    • Engage in at least 3 mock interviews with our career coaching team.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Registration/Administrative Fees: A flat fee of $50 (included in your initial payment) is non-refundable to cover onboarding and lab setup.

  • Completed Certifications: Once a certificate has been issued for a course, that course is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Third-Party Exam Vouchers: Any fees paid for external certification vouchers (e.g., AWS, CompTIA) are subject to the provider’s own policies.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email with:

  1. Your Full Name and Registered Email.

  2. The name of the Course or Bootcamp.

  3. A brief reason for the request (we use this to improve our curriculum).

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
